我大致看了一下采访视频，斯通说达赖是她的朋友，中国（政府）一系列的作为之后遭受这么大的灾难或许是上天的报应。

应该说斯通的说法有些个人情绪化。没想到身边同事看到后更加情绪化：暴跳如雷！

大骂“这个莎朗斯通是谁？她还是人吗？简直该死”

且不说，在众多要求中国政府和人民正视上天愤怒的报道中，中国政府单单拿出这么一个性感女星的说辞作为批判的对象大加伐戮，实在有很明显的挑拨民众情绪的意味。

由此也看到国人的心态还是拒绝反思、害怕露丑。上面大骂的那位随后又说：如果私下里说说也就罢了，怎么能这么公开的说呢？

其实我作为基督徒，在遇到别人给自己揭丑的时候反应也是类似，恨不得让指出错误的人立即消失，今天看到身边的同事如此，实感惭愧啊。

    “Well you know it was very interesting because at first, you know, I am not happy about the ways the Chinese were treating the Tibetans because I don’t think anyone should be unkind to anyone else. And so I have been very concerned about how to think and what to do about that because I don’t like that. And I had been this, you know, concerned about, oh how should we deal with the Olympics because they are not being nice to the Dalai Lama, who is a good friend of mine.
    And all these earthquake and stuff happened and I thought: Is that karma, when you are not nice that bad things happen to you?
    And then I got a letter, from the Tibetan Foundation that they want to go and be helpful. And that made me cry. And they ask me if I would write a quote about that and I said, “I would.” And it was a big lesson to me, that some times you have to learn to put your head down and be of service even to people who are not nice to you.
